1. Services & Bookings

All makeup artistry services, including bridal, engagement, and masterclasses, are subject to availability. A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of the service.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made by the client will result in the forfeiture of the retainer fee. In the unlikely event that Hrishita Mevawalla must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all monies paid (including the retainer) will be issued.

3. Travel & Accommodation

For services outside of Mumbai, travel expenses (including flights, accommodation, and local transport) must be covered by the client. An exact quote will be provided during the consultation process.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, videos, text, and logos, is the property of Hrishita Mevawalla and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without explicit written permission.

5. Health & Safety

It is the client's responsibility to inform Hrishita Mevawalla of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the application of any makeup products. We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
